Baby Chef AI is operated by ITEMAP s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia with its seat in Bratislava, Slovakia. Contact: babychefai@itemap.com.

The app generates baby meal ideas from the ingredients and preferences you enter, using automated (AI) systems. Recipes, textures, timings and safety notes are suggestions produced automatically and may contain mistakes.

Baby Chef AI is meal inspiration only. It does not provide medical, paediatric, allergy or nutritional advice and is not a substitute for your doctor, paediatrician or health visitor. You are responsible for deciding what is safe for your child, for checking ingredients and allergens, for hygiene and cooking temperatures, and for supervising your child while eating. Always consult a qualified professional about allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or feeding difficulties.

You may use the app without an account; an anonymous identifier stored on your device links your history and votes. If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You must not misuse the app: no scraping or automated bulk requests, no attempts to bypass usage limits or security, no reverse engineering, and no unlawful, harmful or infringing use.

The free tier includes a limited number of recipe generations per day and per week. Premium plans (monthly, annual, credit packs and one-off lifetime offers) unlock higher limits and additional features. Prices are shown before purchase and payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service purchase. By starting to use paid features immediately you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided. For refund requests write to babychefai@itemap.com and we will assess them in line with applicable Slovak and EU consumer law.

The app, its design and its software are owned by ITEMAP s.r.o.. Generated recipes and images may be used freely for your own personal, family use. You keep the rights to the ingredients, preferences and feedback you enter, and grant us a licence to process them to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, ITEMAP s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or intentional wrongdoing.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.
